Terms & Conditions

  • Your-Driver.com Executive Chauffeur Services operates a non-smoking policy for the comfort of all our passengers. Convenient stops can be made, please arrange with driver.
  • The agreed price is the price to be paid for the journey as agreed between Your-Driver.com and the customer.
  • A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm booking, with the exceptions of company accounts. All Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Normal Bookings - 3 days or more from the requested booked date of service.
  • Late bookings accepted (2 days or less prior to the requested date of service). On acceptance the full fee is payable.
  • Company Account Bookings – A Purchase Order if possible is needed for bookings. An invoice will then be issued at month end, due for payment in 15 working days from the date of invoice.
  • Calls via cellular car phone charged at £1/minute Landline, £2/minute Mobile, £3/minute International.
  • All parking and entrance are chargeable at cost to the customer.
  • All hire starts from first pick up point and last drop off point.
  • Airport runs – Your-Driver.com will endeavor to get confirmation of the flight arrival times, however, if at the time the flight was due to land and was then delayed and the chauffeur is at the waiting area, the passengers will incur a waiting charge plus extra parking costs.
  • Your-Driver.com will not accept liabilities for any delays caused by re-routed journeys
    out of our controls i.e. accidents, diversions or weather.
  • The company accepts no responsibilities for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the car however such loss or damage is caused. Your-driver.com does have a lost property process, so if you have lost something, then please call us, and we shall make every effort to find it for you.
  • Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client may be charged accordingly.
  • The company reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% cancellation charge unless cancellation has been received 12 hours prior to the dispatch of the car with the exception of late bookings,(bookings made the same day), where 100% of the fee is invoiced.
  • 25% surcharge on public holidays, 100% surcharge for Christmas and New Year's Day.
  • We will endeavour to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity.
  • 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
